Every level is delivered in three stages of three months each. Each stage carries trade training, entrepreneurship classes and a mentor, and ends with a graduation where the learner chooses to be certified, advance, or move into a TVET institution pathway.
Foundation skills, safety, tools and workshop discipline.
Trade technique, drawing interpretation and supervised production.
Independent production, quality control and costing.
One level = 9 months of training, plus entrepreneurship and mentorship throughout.
Levels follow the NSQ framework. Each level builds on the one before it, and a learner can stop and be certified at any graduation.
Every stage carries entrepreneurship classes, a business mentor and a small practical project, so a learner leaves with a trade and a way to earn from it.
Graduate and be certified
Receive the level certificate, join the artisan registry and start taking jobs on the marketplace.
Graduate and advance
Continue into the next NSQ level, with your certificate recognised as the entry requirement.
Graduate into TVET progression
Move into a TVET institution pathway for formal NSQ assessment, trainer track or centre leadership.
TVET centers deliver the pathway and set the fees for their own trades. Fees go through HybridTeck review before they are published, so learners always see approved amounts.
Set per level and stage by registered TVET centers, approved by HybridTeck admin. Members pay the discounted rate shown on the right.
Fees are published once approved
TVET centers submit school, consumable and other fees per level. HybridTeck admin reviews and approves them, then the approved amount appears here for learners and sponsors.
